Community Park
Community Park is located at 602 West Burlington Avenue and is home to our public swimming pool. During the summer the park is also heavily used for West Burlington softball and baseball games and practices. Community Park has a shelter house, playground equipment and sidewalks connecting everything together.
Pat Klein Park
Pat Klein Park is located at 631 Swan Street. This park features playground equipment for all ages. Handicapped and wheelchair-accessible pieces of equipment are very popular. Sidewalks link all the equipment together and the entire park is surrounded by a 4' lighted walking path. Pat Klein Park is home to our largest shelter house and is conveniently located near a large paved parking lot.
Luers Park
Luers Park is located at 601 Meadow Street. This park has seen our most recent improvements including the very popular Space Net and walking path around the perimeter of the park. A large shelter house is also available.
Reserve a Shelter House
If you would like to reserve the shelter house in any of the parks please contact West Burlington City Hall at 319-752-5451. We will add your name and event to our calendar.
The Burlington Regional Rec Plex
The Burlington Regional Rec Plex is located at 501 S Broadway Street, features tournament-class facilities for soccer, softball, sand volleyball, and a guest services building including full-service concessions and spectator plazas. League play is scheduled during the week and various tournaments and special events are offered on the weekends.
